Six ZQ-13 Pneumatic Loaders Shipped for Metal Mining in Africa

On October 31, 2026, HNYT completed container loading and dispatch of six ZQ-13 pneumatic loaders for a metal-mining project in Africa. The air-powered machines will handle broken rock and ore loading underground. Factory photographs record the loaders being prepared in the workshop, arranged near the export container and transferred through the container entrance by forklift. This delivery moves the order from factory preparation into international transport.

ZQ-13 Model Specifications

Factory Preparation and Container Loading

Before loading, the six machines were brought together in the workshop. The photographs show loaders positioned in rows with the buckets, lifting structures, side controls and hose connections visible. Factory personnel worked beside the machines while preparing the batch for transfer to the container-loading area.

The shipment then moved to the container-loading stage. A forklift was used to transfer a loader to the open container entrance, where a steel loading plate bridged the height difference between the workshop floor and the container threshold. Personnel were positioned beside the doorway to guide the handling operation. Wrapped packages and a wooden case can also be seen farther inside the container.

The final photograph records one ZQ-13 at the container entrance during forklift handling. Together, the images document the batch at the factory and at the point of export loading. The order has now progressed from workshop preparation to outbound shipment for the African metal-mining application.

Matching the Loader to Metal Mine Workings

In a metal mine, the ZQ-13 handles the loading step between rock breaking and haulage. Its bucket gathers loose rock or ore and transfers the material into receiving equipment. This makes the model relevant to compact headings where a full conveyor mucking loader may not match the available working space or transport arrangement.

Rock loaders and muck loaders perform related duties but use different material-handling layouts. A pneumatic rock loader works with a bucket and receiving equipment, while many muck loaders combine a gathering mechanism with a conveyor. The choice should follow the actual tunnel cross-section, required loading rate, air or electrical infrastructure, floor conditions and the haulage system behind the loading face.

For a ZQ-13 proposal, buyers should confirm tunnel width and height, track gauge, receiving car dimensions, gradient and available compressed-air pressure and flow.
