When the mining mucking loader is operating in mines, due to limited smoke and dust removal effects in the mine, there are many fine rock particles. In this situation, the hydraulic system is prone to dust ingress. Only by timely cleaning the tank return filter can the normal operation of the entire machine be ensured. When there is a significant amount of dust, the equipment’s radiator is also prone to dust accumulation, affecting the cooling effect. In some areas with hot climates, it is necessary to regularly clean the machine’s radiator with clean water.
If it is a track-type mining mucking loader working in a mine with a lot of rocks, attention should be paid to the chassis and the belt of the four wheels. Check for any looseness or damage. Check the tension of the track during each shift, and it is better to have slightly looser tension than when on flat ground. When working on mountainous terrain, the working device of the machine is more prone to damage. It is important to use a reinforced mucking loader working device and replace it promptly.
After the mining mucking loader has been in operation for 100 hours, check the wear of the boom and arm cylinder pin shafts. Check the hydraulic oil condition in the tank and promptly remove water and sediment from the hydraulic oil.
In some irregular mines in mountainous areas, when the mining mucking loader encounters uphill situations, observe the angle of the slope. Check if the angle is within the performance range of the mining mucking loader. If the slope is too low, shake the material on the upper half of the slope to the lower half to reduce the slope angle, facilitating passage.
